I love that boosters will start to wonder, "should I add a million-dollar donation to raise the coach's salary, or should I just use that money to buy them a starting QB?"

His cat fight with Jimbo sealed the deal (not that I like Jimbo) but I think we all know the elite programs have been gaming the system for a while. It's one thing to just cash the check but another to be self-righteous about it. Saban isn't quite as bad as Dabo though.

I'm on the board of a non-profit. Not a single dollar has ever gone to any member. But we're not talking 100s of thousands or millions of dollars were just a po dunk clan that runs it to keep a golf course afloat and the clubhouse afloat for community activities.
