After 19 years I drew my Colorado bighorn sheep tag in a remote part of the state (8 mile hike to base camp, no motorized vehicles). Hunt from there. I been there 5 times scouting this summer and the place is majestic and full of deer, elk, moose, bear, and bighorn sheep

Looking to talk with people who have either filmed their own hunts and/or who would even be crazy enough to come along and film. Need input on film equipment, setup, lessons learned, etc.
Thanks- Brandon. 970-556-9111

congrats on the tag! I have filmed around a dozen or so hunts and have a friend who use to have a tv show, so I learned a few things. Most important a good tripod and fluid head! there is nothing worse than a shaking or jittery video. I use a manfrotto tripod and the manfrotto 501hdv fluid head I use the tripod and head with my spotter too and its very nice.
