Been running a few times a Week for several weeks. Been jumpropeing (YAH, Harder then running actually) and some Pushups. Feeling good tonight, jsut got back from a Short "JONT".

Haven't curbed my Choc. Shake and Butrger everyday Fetish... But I'm feeling good Regardless. Anyways, Just felt like saying that ...

WOW!!!!!! Jumping rope huh?? I haven't done that since grade school. I do have to give you some credit for the push ups though, I can't do very many maybe and that's a big MAYBE that I could do 5.

YAH.. My Buddy ElkGunner tells me all time hid Girls Jump rope. He had a Few songs I can Sing while Jump roping too

I can Do crossovers and SKIP it twice while jumping once. I do SPEED rounds then do slower endurance. I love it. Better workout then... Uhhhh Running ...

Good luck! I've upped my workouts a bit too lately because I've been stuck in the office too much.
 
I've changed office locations to one closer to home. I get up at the same time as before, though, and walk/run two miles before work. I haven't lost any weight yet, surprisingly, but I feel a whole lot better both mentally and physically.
