Of course I feel guilty to some degree. My wife is home with 3 kids and that gets to be tough on her. I spend some of the family money. I wished she would reciprocate but she doesn't.
My kids love hunting and I will be taking them out west as soon as they are old enough. I got thinking about it and you will only get about 6 years for sure to hunt with your kids (ages 12-18). After that, college, careers, family, may get in the way for them. So in my mind I have those years for sure and I am going to spend it with them. I will never look back on it and wish I didn't take them hunting as teenagers.
