I asked them that question because of the Refer a Friend feature they have. I got the following answer- Anyone can become a member, but they have to become part of a Group to have access to the discounts and for you to get the referral credit. Not everyone who signs up will qualify for a team.
I take that to mean yes, everybody can join, but if you don't meet the requirements to join any teams, you won't get the discounts.
If you know anyone that works at cabelas, sportsmans, macks or bass pro have them upload their pay stub and you are SET with all the best hunting brands.

Check it out as it is a similar site and one can often find good deals there too. Usually the best deals on the web for Vortex optics are on experticity.
