That pic made me realize we did not stop at Wallace brewing at all in 2019. Might need to go do some snowshoeing over that way and stop in. But I did drink their Vindicator IPA at a few local establishments that have it on tap.

I confess, I was surprised to see the low bar for beer snobbery here. I thought Scottish Ales, porters, and stouts would be the everymans' drink.

Thanks for doing that. Makes me feel better about the world. I hope you enjoy it and do NOT drink it too cold. Cool basement temperature is where you want to be. It will be tasteless if you drink straight from the fridge. That would be so awesome in front of my wood stove right now. I've got a good book goin' and some snow comin' down.
