Yep if I could get Nut to go west to vist he would never come back east I know when I was out there I wanted to stay. I love the mountains.

Well Doris, you could come to, it is a little chilly in the winter, but the spring/summer/fall more than make upfor any discomforts one may have for the cold months. The cold months really make one appreciate the rest of the year that much better also....

I lived down to Alamolgordo for about fourteen months. Drove into Holloman AFB from LaLuz every morning right between those mountain ranges and just never been right since. Man they are spectacular! My best day I think ever, not counting my daughters births, was grilling hot dogs in the sunshine on Christmas day then driving 18 miles up the mountain and having a snowball fight!
