Elk track or Mule Deer

Hi all, would you please tell me if this is an elk track or a mule deer track? Only one set of tracks, and they were on a two track in a pretty straight line. No dropping to confirm.

Very hard to tell with the tight crop and nothing for size reference in the photo.

Agreed. Take a pic of the toes. Deer will be pointed, where an elk is rounded. Size reference would help.
