This is my first elk taken with a bow. 2012 Utah DIY public land but a limited entry unit. She was bigger than the spikes in the group so I took her.

There was a really great one right close, I jumped this guy and shot before I knew it was the wrong bull.

Heck of a wrong bull. I hope to make a mistake like that someday.

This was 2012's cow tag, never did fill the general tag.

And this was a cow I passed on early last season, ended up sneaking about 15 yards from her and just watched her for a while
