Nice. Thought that might be the case. "Nothing fancy" is usually the way things that need doing get done. Looks like a 3-9 Leupold on top - more "nothing fancy"

Wyoming cow on the day before Thanksgiving. Rem 700 .25-06 shooting 100 grain Barnes. Made a good shot and she didn't go 25 yards. Really liking that setup.

Got a good one this last week, I couldnt be more ecstatic about how this hunting season played out. We saw him from about a mile out, across the canyon, with many snow drifts between us. I used everything I had to get there in time to get a shot off at about 50 yards with 4-5 minutes of shooting light left. I wish it was easier to post footage, my friend got a great video of me shooting this bull. We had a grizzly come check out the kill before we carried out the meat, but he buggered off. Had a hell of a packout, I won't ever forget this week of hunting. Couldn't have done it without my friends including HTer @atlas

After dodging the girzz, packing all of camp out and @Mountain Mule 's bull. We drove 3.5 hours to a different unit where I had a cow tag. Glassed a herd up the night before that was way far off and decided to make a move on them the next morning. I filled my tag thanksgiving morning and we were back in town for thanksgiving at 7 pm!

Daughter's first bull from a couple years back. Colo 4th season. Thanksgiving morning, and missed the turkey. Mom not too happy at first...

Used her 6.5 CM that she shoots well, but with the Barnes LRX 127gr. She keeps her shots under 300 yds on elk. This bull was about 150. Two quick shots uphill, DRT. Couldn't have been more proud.
