The big ones thread got me thinking about my other trophy collection. The Elk Ivories.

This was a pendant and earrings for my mom from 2006 I think?.

Each of my 3 girls has a pendant in silver with their initials and the state and year engraved on the back. I told them those are the only ones i'm going to give them. If they want more then they are going to have to kill them themselves.

From my 2010 Tule Elk. definately the most unique set yet and the only pair I've kept for myself.

The Jeweler is in the second picture on the card. The buckle is one from Montana Silversmiths. The Jeweler mounted the ivories on the buckle.
 
Yeah MT. The bull was aged at 3 years old from a premolar tooth too. ..
 
Basically Nate they have a private RV campground along the Snake River at Hoback Junction. The office has a retail jewlery showroom with the usual tourist trap souvenir jewelery like fake bear claws and arrowheads, and gems. If you drive through there ask to see the photo album of the custom stuff and itis pretty amazing.
