Thats pretty interesting but how come D.C. has such a low percentage voting for Republican? Bush had 9% in 2000 and it shows they think he will get about that much again in 2004.

Basic demographics of the population. DC has a very high percentage of black voters, I believe I read somewhere that DC is around 90% black. Bush gets about 10% of the black vote.
