Yup, and MD4M is one of the most clueless, as she's proven so many times. Do we ever get any facts from her, or just rambling diatribes about pinheads and tree huggers? Time after time she's shown us she doesn't have the slightest clue what wilderness or roadless designations mean, what the budget process is, what agency manages what, or hardly anything else.

Good points Buzz , you do know your stuff and obviously are passionate about this issue .
I however live in a state with only three trees ( there used to be five but they built a road and cut two down ) so my views about Fed vs. State control stem mostly from watching the BLM morph into an out of control Federal clusterphuck .
For years the BLM had the best hands-off policy in this state . They'd fight fires , round up a few horses then drive back to their office and lick their nuts the rest of the year . Now they drive around with red lights on their trucks , carry guns and treat people like terrorists .
On the other hand dealing with the Dept. of Wildlife always seems to be a pleasant experience . I realize the Fed/States issue is more complex than this , I'm just explaining my original comment .

If there's any BLM guys reading this relax , I'm exaggerating a little bit for entertainment purposes .

I don't really think they should be left out of managing public lands.

This pretty much proves you dont have a clue what you're talking about.

Its almost a waste of my time to even try to post something that you dont and likely wont understand.

The Feds are not required to give any particular state more say in its management than any other...regardless of what particular State, or what Federal Lands will be impacted by the decisions.

Thats why its called FEDERAL land and not STATE land.

Try to comprehend that part...F-E-D-E-R-A-L.

Well to be really honest there isnt many here that can survive a city park around here especially after dark. I dont care who you are or what you think. If you are a law abiding citizen you will be unarmed and the thugs wont.


But I am happy that I can send my thoughts in for the western federal lands. If only I get to tick people off.
