Man, I sure hope not, but he wasn’t in his right mind and I don’t know if that was temporary or permanent. He was already shifty and paranoid. Glad the officers took their time and didn’t just run him off or give him a trespassing ticket and let him go. He would have just gone to the next house down the road, and what if their response was understandably confrontational or aggressive? Could have triggered (sadly, pun intended) a completely different set of outcomes.
Drugs, mental illness, the combination of the two … mixed with guns … Fuh!
