Just received word that our offices in CO and NM felt tremors today. Anybody else down that way, or our engineers just trying to get out of some work?

Family in Denver felt it. Family in Washington DC also had one just about the same time. I'm hoping the Yellowstone volcano isn't going to blow me to kingdom come!

Wasn't the last big quake at Yellowstone in the 60's? I just seem to remember what it did to
Hebgen Lake?

The epicenter of the Colorado quake was about an hour and a half from me and I slept through it...lol

We felt the one that was in Washington all the way down in NC. Never felt an earthquake before, and actually thought the viral labyrinthitis (vertigo on steroids) that I had last year, that put me in the hospital was starting back up. I was relieved when I found out it was an earthquake and I wasn`t going to be hospitalized again!

I was outside didn't feel it, but they felt it indoors, and evacuated all the buildings. When my wife got back inside HR notified everyone by email that 30 minutes would be docked from their pay. Unless they clocked out, if they clocked out and in, they would only be deducted the actual outtime. What a mess that place is.

My wife is an Oncology RN. Has been for 35 years, Meridian Health Care bought the local facility two years ago. Their pay period is two weeks. They have to log in and out by computer, when they log out, thats when their pay stops, it also logs them out of the computer. If they have one hour of overtime in a two week period, they get a written warning.
They have lost at least a dozen doctors because of their penny pinching.
