I’m leaving for NE later this week and couldn’t justify a KY tag this year to the wife. My little brother decided to pony up and he’s a happy camper this morning. It’d be a shock to some folks but the measly 270 win with 130 grain power shock will still work on deer (barely).

My name is Craig, I saw the pictures of the buck you posted to “deer let’s see em” and wow what a great buck!

I was fortunate enough to draw the 261 mule deer tag this year and have been all over the unit scouting and hunting and have yet to see a buck as impressive as the one you posted!

I work for the Ambulance service here in Ravalli county so I’ve been able to get out quite a bit after work and still have yet to find a truly big buck.

If you’re willing to share any more info that would be greatly appreciated. I’m just curious where this buck might have come down from? Do you live up burnt fork or farther south? and is this in 261 or 262?
