Yes, I think farmers will farm every square inch, I don't think many of them care if they leave anything for wildlife.

My father in law, who was a crusty old rancher/farmer, had on of the best funniest lines I have heard regarding the CRP and Welfare debate.
He was asked by a woman just what the difference between CRP and Welfare was.
His answer: "Well, CRP pays better".
Just want to keep it a little light hearted here guys.
