drew first choice archery and bear for me and the wife now just waiting for Wyoming antelope and Stand a good chance of drawing my first KS elk tag this year

Missed on the elk tag, but unit 10 was a tall ask. I did get my favorite late season rifle eastern plains mule deer with a best buddy, and somehow got the muzzy speedgoat i applied for. Feel very fortunate. Can't wait for September.

Got my 3rd choice. 1st Rifle elk and my son got a cow tag. Usually go otc archery but wife is due end of August and said no way I'm leaving in September. You would think that for the 6th she wouldn't need me anymore.

My wife and I BOTH drew coveted Unit 3/301 antelope buck tags. Woohoo, another trip out west to hunt. She is the best hunting partner a man could ask for.

You have to pick your holidays carefully! Haha personally I went with thanksgiving and Father’s Day... August and March. Have to be careful around Christmas/New Years...

That's funny. I have a son born Aug 19 and another on Sep 16. So... I'm also guilty.

Had 80% odds on my 1st choice, my 4th choice was leftover last year, and I still struck out. Now that's some quality luck!
