Must be. My CPW profile shows "Not Awarded" for elk but still just "Entered" for pronghorn.

My 16 yo daughter drew a Muzzleloader buck and bull tag, same unit! She killed a bull in the unit last year on a second draw tag, she’s on cloud 9 right now!

My 14 year old boy just drew an either-sex elk tag for 1st rifle. Looks like I'm going to be his guide this fall!! I got denied for archery deer and bear.

Non-resident youths were the big winners in the elk draw. 60% Success for Choice 1 - 3 points higher than CO youth and 39% higher than CO adults. Time to start emailing the CO Commissioners to fix this nonsense and get resident preference in the Secondary Draw and Re-issues too.
