CO Shiras Moose

After seeing the record moose pics from WA that were recently posted I dug out some pics I had of a big moose we saw in Northern CO in the summer of 2017. I know next to nothing about moose hunting, and the pics are from my crappy phone, but he seemed like a big sucker to me! post up some more Shiras moose pics folks! If a friend of mine with max points in WY draws in the near future I may be tagging along with him to watch and pack.

Um, yeah, that's probably the biggest bull in all of Colorado! Here are a couple more typical CO bulls from Grand Lake...

Up around our cabin in northern Colorado we have a resident cow who has thrown a calf every year for a while now. In the fall we get some big bulls come through to the river and I have seen some true monster moose there. This year I'm gonna try to get a few more good pictures of them.
