I’d eat them if I had to, but my freezer is still full of elk, deer, turkey and fish. I’m glad some people are adventurous!

Hence the boiling first and then the cooking. You wouldn't believe the amount of parasites in many of the fish that we eat.

Thats where Im at. As long as I can find something else Im not going cricket hunting to fill the freezer.

I roast them with a little bit of salt and pepper and they come out pretty well. Almost like roast walnuts...almost!
