I would be happy with CA too if it shot. CA has it and agrees that it does not shoot. But now heading into the ninth and no end in sight. Their customer service people are pleasant but literally no nothing about status. I wish I had bought the Seekins or really anything else. I will say it’s my own fault because I was aware that many folks had issues and I bought it anyway thinking it was not gonna happen to me. Silly meI get that some have had issues with their CA's, but the part I don't get is the pricing comments of 'way less' and paying 1/3 the price of a CA rifle for a custom? I'm not saying that it can't be done with great deals or having some parts/pieces, but I paid under $1k for my NIB Mesa, does this mean that you can build a custom for $300? Or a that Browning X Bolt is $500-$600, which are around $1k just like the CA Mesa? My Mesa and Ridgeline both shoot very well with no issues. In comparison to the Browning (or others) I do wish they had a 60* bolt and the 'break in' recommendations were a bit of a PIA, but did give me the time necessary to get acquainted with the guns. The weight and balance are spot on for me. My initial CA purchase was a Ridgeline in 7mm mag, and it came down to it and a Seekins. I handled both in the gunshop and felt the Ridgeline fit and felt much better. Maybe it was a mistake, but to this point I'm happy with the CA's. The new Seekins are going to be on the radar for sure though.
