Carrie Underwood

I can tolerate Reba singing, but as soon as I see her seeming less fakes pointy face, and hear her speak, it’s like being trapped in a elevator with Steve Rinella and I instantly want to perforate holes in the drywall throughout my home
You may want to talk to somebody about that. I understand the rinella thing, but I usually just turn the channel.

Not a fan of Reba's affectated twang & Garth'y camera conceit. Do like Carrie's gams & voice but can't name a single song. Jelly Roll is some fat cat producers cash cow, pun intended....a poor man's Post Malone if you will.

“The music business is a cruel and shallow money trench, a long plastic hallway where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs. There's also a negative side.

― Hunter S. Thompson

Such composure to stand there while the tech folk are having a meltdown and failure, and then "take the wheel" and decide to sing without any accompaniment was impressive to me. I was listening live but not watching the video feed, so I thought she was just super slow to get to the microphone, and had no idea that it wasn't supposed to be acapella.

An endless awkward pause rescued, much to the chagrin of those whom are praying for any sort of failure. Only Trump can fall in a pile of horse dung and come out with a new pony.

That was impressive. I think this duet was also some of her better work to date.

It simply doesn't get more country than this...but here we are.
