6 caribou butterfly steaks
salt and pepper
1 package dry onion soup mix
2 fresh tomatoes, quartered
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of milk
Flatten the steaks as thinly as you can gat them. Arrange in a shallow baking pan.
season with salt and pepper and sprinkle onion soup mix.
arrange tomatoes evenly around pan. combine mushroom soup and milk and pour over all. bake uncovered at 300 for 1 1/2 hours.
