Cabela's winning in fight with Midway USA over Nosler Ammunition prices

I've never considered Cabela's to be a low cost supplier of anything; however, they are taking it too Midway USA on Nosler Ammunition. They offer free shipping on over purchases over $100 and they are beating Midway by $1.00 on ever caliber. By the way, Cheaper than Dirt was nearly $20/box more! than both Cabela's and Midway USA. How does that happen?

You can bring your cost at Cabela's down even further by buying discounted gift cards. Just 2 days ago you could buy $100 Cabela's gift card on eBay from an authorized seller (SVM) for $82. SVM sells them at a discount almost every week. Combine a discounted gift card and sales, coupons, etc and you are winning.
