Bro, Do You Even Lift? (Off-season ways to stay in shape)

60 deadlift reps, plus extras, in about 27 minutes. Holy crap.

I'm not sure I could do a 225lb deadlift every 30 seconds for a half hour, let alone the rest of that stuff. Let alone with good form and not killing my back. Props lol.

To be clear, I did not Rx this. I scaled a few of the movement reps as well as the deadlift weights.

I try mix things up. I sit (sometimes stand) all day for work. Combo of weights (squat, bench, OH press, DL), body weight exercises (squats, lunges, pushups), hiking, trail running, snowshoeing. Have wanted to get more into biking due to living very close trails, so starting with a hardtail mountain bike this spring. Also bought a bike trainer and have been using zwift for cardio in the early mornings for the winter when work hours get a bit longer.

We are 3/4 of a mile from a trailhead that has a trail with 1,800 ft elevation up in 1.75 miles. Good way to stretch the legs. Plus tons of other trails that are a bit more gradual.
