In the year 2003 as a freshman at MSU, I combined the better part of a fifth of Black Velvet with 5 or 6 red bulls, and stumbled over from my dorm in South Hedges to Bobcat Stadium to watch the cats get their first home victory over the griz in nearly 20 years. I don't remember it, but it happened.

A few years later in 2010, now a student at UM with only a month left to graduate, I took my soon-to-be wife to Griz Stadium to watch the cats beat the griz on the road. That morning my hunting partner shot a bull, and I helped him pack it out and made it to the game on time. No red bull or demonic spirits were involved, and I remember that one.

Those are the two cat/griz games I have been at, and because I am Griz fan, I'll never go to another one as my attendance seems to be bad juju. This year though, I don't think the cats need my help. Go Griz!

My biggest issue is finding the game on TV. As an SEC/Vols homer, I have still enjoyed the past few year games. Go Cats!
