Feel free to read the actual plea agreement and the indictment. Both documents are online, if you still think they’re being railroaded and aren’t guilty I don’t know what to sayWhat about evidence?
I know more than one person that were charged with crazy chit and had almost no choice but to take a crappy plea deal to get it over with.
Wow. That’s a character statementWhat about evidence?

Weird how those public documents work. Makes it hard to justify the conspiracy theory.Feel free to read the actual plea agreement and the indictment. Both documents are online, if you still think they’re being railroaded and aren’t guilty I don’t know what to say
Maybe I should.. I don’t condone poaching or any wildlife crime PERIOD. I just like the channel and the folks and it’s too bad it happened to em, or too bad they’re unethical folks.. I haven’t read it, but I’m the devils advocate always lolFeel free to read the actual plea agreement and the indictment. Playing the devil’s advocate typically entails focusing on facts, not liking a channel.I haven’t read it, but I’m the devils advocate always lol
Yeah I get it, super good content. Which post is your favorite? I like the one where he's showing off his warehouse full nutrition products under litigation. He has another one that's super ironic. He starts his truck on fire while doing a controlled burn and it really hits home when you consider it looks like a dumpster fire on wheels. I love Instagram Influencers, but the ones who specialize in irony are my fav. So yeah, big fan too.#inspirationalI just like..... the folks
That only happens to poor people. What about evidence?

Still time to delete this.I just like the channel
I understand. And I do agree. Thanks for a logical argument. That only happens to poor people.
Legitimately innocent people that have the resources to afford attorneys don’t have this issue.
It shouldn’t be that way, but it is.
The Bowmars can afford attorneys
It’s like playing cards with my kids…..
But let’s get real. The “innocent folks” who take a plea deal are a lot less common than it’s made out to be here. That only happens to poor people.

It absolutely happens, and you’re right on that folks of lower economic standing are more likely to take a plea deal despite their innocence.
Hell, getting convictions on legitimate crimes is no slam dunk, despite the assertion there are “thousands” of folks copping pleas who did no crime.
What’s much more accurate would be to say a person of lower economic standing is more likely to take a plea agreement, than someone who has a lot of money, and might ultimately end up with a much more favorable plea agreement, or the charges being deferred.
Don’t forget about this gem.Right on 30” tall.
You’re all class and intelligence.
Hey don’t worry, Buddy! I got it alllllll sorted out!Don’t forget about this gem.
I’m in a pickle…
So I have recently acquired a new piece of private land to hunt that is directly connected to national forest land. Needless to say it’s a $1 million spot and it’s been hunting like I’ve never seen before… When I met the gentleman he told me of other makes and models to look out for and kick...www.hunttalk.com
Josh is definitely a dimeThe bigger picture is that the govt likely spent 500K in resources to get the 138K in fines. Seems about par for the course. lol
Tripping over dollars to pick up dimes as per usual.
