All jokes aside. If the bowmars and those attached to Them are freakin poachers then it is what it is. Why censor the truth if its the truth. We call each other out all the time, its called accountability.

I doubt randy would censor a topic if it is truth. We cant have that garbage infecting the hunting community. The fact of the matter is, they got freakin busted for poaching with a bunch of other people, and from what I see is a slap on the wrist compared to the outfitter an guides. They pulled the trigger at the end of the day. My opinion, that is grounds for a ban on hunting for good. Time to go get a job, I'm sure they would make great personal fitness trainers. Josh could probably get a job working at a lab somewhere, looks like test tube baby.

Right. I remember the Jeff Foiles episode and his adoring fans' online reactions afterwards. Appalling. That guy's shenanigans caused one of his company's embarrassed "gold medal" staff advisors to commit suicide, leaving a young widow and baby behind. Foiles, among other disgusting dishonors, killed a bunch of geese in a Colorado city park with a pellet gun simply to chop off their legs for the bird bands. Left the birds laying. I noted on Foiles' website that another staff advisor was a hunting guide from Quebec so I dropped the guy an email. After he got someone to translate, he wrote me back. Foiles only asked to use his name, nothing more. He never had any other connection to the company and assured me he just had a lawyer order Foiles to get his name off the site. Thanked me for bringing him up to speed. I would never have known about Foiles had I not been informed on another forum. Censoring this crap serves no purpose except to turn a blind eye ... which only serves to encourage it.

Well yeah kinda it seems. IG pages are now posting motions they have filed saying the terms of the probation are too harsh, not what they thought they were agreeing to and will effect their ability to make a living.

If any professional gets busted for shady practices and can no longer work in their field, can they honestly contest that on grounds that it will affect their ability to make a living? The entitlement on these influencers is astounding.

Wait a minute. Isn't Nebraska part of the interstate agreement to jointly apply poaching punishments in all other jurisdictions? It means they can't hunt in MT for nearly 3 years since a condition of their probation is they are now banned from hunting in NE and the compact extends to other states

Here's the sentencing docs for Josh. I didn't look up his wifes. Apparently he only lost hunting privileges in Nebraska, not all of the states. But there is also the minor detail about not being able to posses or use firearms, ammunition, or any other dangerous weapons.

Gonna be difficult to hunt with a sling shot I guess. Maybe he will just have to light more trucks on fire to continue his absurd circus on social media.
