My work league is very similar. We don't do all year, just all spring, all summer and championship picks. You do a winner and a loser, can't pick same guy more than twice all season. Points are simple, 1 point for first on your winner, 2 for second and so on. Opposite for the loser pick. We also do a -5 bonus if your winner qualifies on the pole or your loser qualifies last.

Sounds like a similar league. My BIL lived in Green Bay at the time. They got pissed off that some redneck goober from Montana kept taking all their money.

I can create something easy on a Google sheets document we could use if there is interest. Only required effort on my part is to input the weekly results which isn't hard

I have a league available if there is any interest. It's from the NASCAR site itself. I've played it for a few years. You pick 5 starters and 1 garage driver. You can swap the garage driver out for any starter any time during the race until the end of stage 2. That means a crash doesn't always kill your score. There are also 4 head to head matches to pick for bonus points. You have 10 starts per driver during the regular season, then 5 per driver during the playoffs with all driver starts being reset. It's free to play and if you happen to be good enough there are some cash prizes available. Highest scoring entry for the season wins 25K! 10K for 2nd and 5K for 3rd. Highest score for the playoff period wins 10K. I can set up a private league so it's just us playing against each other with our points eligible for the cash prizes. Roll with it?
