Boise 70.3

Crazy.... The swimming is Natural. I actually kick in around .5 miles to .75 miles and get going from there. So I don't worry about that. I actually wish the swim was longer......Biking I actually got a trainer and spun while watching TV this year.... Couple times week but it made a huge difference I guess.

But the Running..... YAh. I died on the Robie creek race this year and lost 4 toemails because of it. I had some crazy blisters (or open skin) on my Right heal so I was out 3 weeks. Then, I never got my running mojo back. I don't think I ran 13 miles total in the last 4-6 weeks leaing up to the Tri.

That being said, life is good and I made it....

Although I didn't train like I wanted too on the run...... I tried hard in the run. I didn't goof off as much this year as last year.....
