These public hunting areas are only miles from my property. I've been hoping to see a bear on my land for years still haven't and with Jack wagons like this I never will. FYI Baiting bears is legal in Oklahoma on private land only and dogs aren't legal period. Good work by our wardens but I fear they won't receive what they deserve probably just the proverbial wrist slap.
