Bitterroot game processors?

Supposing I fill a tag or two, can anyone recomend a game processor in the 'Root?

I typically get an antelope made into brats every year. Anybody know of someone in the area that makes some killer brats?

Lolo Locker makes really good sausage. I don't like how their payscale is set up, and they don't vacuum seal, but all their brats and sausages are awesome.

I do most of my own stuff, but I really like Howard Skaw at North American Foods, I usually donate a couple of deer a year to the Haven House food bank and they do them. I love elk cube steaks, and North American Foods doesn't cube. Hamilton Pack will cube for you. I know a lot of guys that really like Lolo Locker if you want to drive a little.
