Big Ones (photos)

I saw the word boar in the OP’s thread and thought i’d post pic of a very different hog I got with the bow a couple of years back back. He’s not my biggest but most original, once in a lifetime boar. He had damaged his top grinder on one side and the tusk kept growing. He was a mean pig that owned the waterhole I shot him on.

Eastern Virginia public land 5x5. Killed with a 20ga savage 220 slug gun at 240 yards. He came out of a 7 year old clearcut around noon, killed him right at 1203 in the afternoon. His gross was right around 135".

Very cool!

From the deck of the Sundance off the Marin coast this past July. The top pic was 23lbs on a Saturday with fellow HuntTalker Brandon, the bottom, 20 on the prior Wednesday....it was a good week of fishing.

Not boobs.. your biggest ever buck, bull, nanny, boar, tom or whatever of each species, regarless of weapon. Photos required & a brief description (year, state, size, weapon used, anything special).. Lots of pictures required.. paste them up. Only one animal of each species allowed.. and only one picture of the animal. This should be a good one to look at.
Another year down. Post them up.

Nice Alaskan bull

2016, Bull spotted over 1.5 mile away.We did not hesitate. A very fast approach, then slowdown when "within the zone". Bull raking and grunts, brought out a young bull. Soon the big guy was spotted. While calling, the young bull came within 20 yards of us. The big guy stepped out of the trees and allowed a shot.

300 win mag, 180gr.

The kid has a knack for calling moose!
