Best Bourbon???

Quick question: can anyone tell me why some whiskeys are spelled with an "e" and some aren't? Example: Makers Mark Whisky vs. Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey.

Whisky is used for scotch, whiskey is used for the irish & american liquors. If the bottle says "whisky" on it and it's legit, it should have been made in Scotland. Although some distilleries (ok, a lot of them) do break that rule...but usually if they're making scotch-style whisky.

Sweet Lucy, put it in the freezer, crack it open, enjoy and always keep it in the freezer until empty.

You have my attention now...
Blanton's is good but pricy, I like Jefferson's and Woodford as well, but my go to bourbon is 1792 Ridgemont Reserve... One cant go wrong! 2 oz over one 2" ice ball and you have the evening under control.

Scotch is what you serve to people you don't want to stay long because it tastes like crap!
They say it's an aquired taste, I hope i'm never that refined.

LOL!!
Smells like heather.... taste like honey.... BS!

I've yet to taste a Scotch I can continue to drink.
