Bed bugs

My friend ask me to help him deliver a corvette and harley to Marco Island FL and pick up his line boring machine in Huntsville Al. The first hotel we stayed in my buddy asked me what the hell i was doing when I tore the bedding off my bed. He hadn't heard about the bed bug problem.

Had a great time in Florida. When on an airboat ride and saw lots of gators. Hit the clubs at night.

After we left Florida it was nonstop bad luck.

Bed bugs were the icing on the cake.

The fifth place we stayed we woke up with them. When we called manager to come look and look he said "I guess the exterminator didn't get them all last week!!!!"

We got are money back. Great, a free night with bed bugs.

Never even seen one .. stay in Vegas all the time..Lots of Skeeters at Ach-Chin ... None in laughlin....I wonder is Cal Worthington would eat one?

Cost me $1200 to get our house done, after 1.....yes, I said ONE, hitched a ride back from Colorado with us.

Bed bugs part 2

Went hunting in Colorado 2ond rifle. Got there Friday 22. Left Saturday 30. Great hunt. 2 bulls and a cow.

Now the bad. First night it was too hot in the cabin. I slept in my tidy whities with no covers.
Woke up some time during the night feeling something crawling on me. Got a lantern and looked. The guy sleeping in the bunk next to me said I was imaging things. ok

Felt it the next night and decided to wear clothes to bed the rest of the week .

Thursday the 28 the guy next to me says hes on heart meds and something he's eating is giving him the hives.

Saturday one last poop before we leave and I notice my hand has bites all over it.

BED BUGS!!!

Left my battery for my digital plugged in the wall at home. So all I have are disposable.



Other guys said they asked if anyone else was getting bit during the week. I must have been out hunting.

Went thur the whole routeen again. Burned alot of clothes this time.

I'm leaving for Cancun for 12 days tommarow. I 'm not looking forward to staying in motels.

Congrats on the elk, and appreciate the heads up on the lodging inspection. I stay in a lot of hotels and will be checking the sheets and under the mattress on them all. I hear that the bugs are very democratic and infest anywhere they get a chance!
