Seems like they are just laughing it off. Unfortunately, a fed bear is a dead bear. That thing seems to have lost all fear of humans and will end up being shot by CPW in someone's garage or kitchen. And then they will blame the CPW for being bloodthirsty killers.

Right. That looks like a seasoned trash bear. I couldn't see any tagged ears in the video but either way it's probably on the fast track to being shot or euthanized. District Wildlife Managers have probably already trapped this bear or are currently in the process.
