Badlands packs

You won't know just how bad your Badlands is until you pack a heavy load in it and then a heavy load in a MR or Stone Glacier.

If you think your odds are good for killing something start shopping. Camofire sometimes has MR, or there is a FB page for folks to buy and sell used MR. Good deals do show up.

+1 for 2200
It's no so affordable as Alps but rly one of the most comfortable day packs. Once it's on you don't even notice. Badlands made it to get what you pay for in this case, even if you have to pay more than you would pay for its alternatives.

As for Osprey, their Raptor MTB backpack works great, didn't even know they make hunting backpacks as well. Guess it's also good :D
But I would like to test Alps or REI if smth happens with my 2200.

All my friends with Badlands head back to get their frame packs when an animal hits the ground.
