Bad news for Beau

Never met Beau but my family has a fair amount of experience with cancer. I‘lol send prayers and already sent money. He has quite an extended family. GoFund Me blew through the first $50K and is closing in on the new goal. Outdoorsmen are some of the finest people around. Sad that he has to go through this, stay positive Beau we all are pulling for you.

That news on Beau was a gut punch , as soon as I saw the title of the thread Randy posted I pretty much new where this was going , I started to read the post then closed it after my initial thought was confirmed, I prayed for him and his family and thought about him yesterday and watched a hunt he was in , did a donation today , he will continue to be on my heart ❤️ and in my prayers.

Wow, that really sucks. Cancer just doesn't discriminate. Some of the most healthy, active people I know have gotten cancer. Anyone who cares for their animals like he seems to have a lot of respect from me. Prayers to him and his family

Unfortunately ... bad things happen to good people. Stay positive Beau, my family and I are praying and wishing good things for you, your wife, your little boy, and your family. You beat it once and there is no reason you cannot do it again.

Isn't that amazing?!

I recall all the support when I was out of commission. Employees of many agencies donated leave time to see me make it through and as a quadriplegicfor my position, it was highly unlikely. 900 hours + my own, my employer made my shift one week with pay, one week without. It increased my fight much more than i knew knowing so many cared.

I had a hard time with how humbling it was. I can only imagine, the little I know of him and his family, I bet it's an extremely tough pill to swallow with so many people sharing their care for him/them.

Humbling and well deserved! Best to the Batys!

The good things the boss man says about Beau is an understatement. That guy never put himself first. Here’s a recent example that I hope he doesn’t mind me sharing. Haha even if he did mind I would still share it haha.

A couple weeks ago we were texting about when our next hunt together would be. For any of you who don’t know, we knew each other in college and did a lot more hunting than school. A couple years ago we were finally able to align our schedules and go on an antelope hunt in Wyoming. Now we want to do a Wyoming deer hunt. We are still short on points for the normal application. (This was just a couple weeks ago and Beau had not told me anything about his cancer coming back or how the shut down was affecting his business). Even with everything going on, this is what he text me.....
“I will pay for the special for both of us and buy your tag if you will let me.....”
Even with everything going on, he was willing to pay for my special tag So we could hunt together. I wouldn’t let him pay for it regardless of the situation, but it just goes to show his character.

donate if you can, and keep him in your prayers. The world needs more Beaus.

It tickles me that this fundraising was as successful as it was. I only wished I could do more myself. Beau is I guy I hope to meet someday along with Randy and the crew.
