Thanks for posting that as I couldn't read it on their site.
What a load of crap, they only wrote the apology because they realised it was going to cost them more money through lost sales than the lawyers fee's, as already said, they should reimburse all the expenses of the businesses they sued, corporate greed at it's worst.
