It should be fun time I enjoy it. This is the first year we are making a run at killing bulls usually punched out and just deer hunting so it should be fun

I will put in a few days. Maybe 6 to 9 if my knees will allow it.
i'm gonna give it a little effort. As much time as i put in watching these elk during archery and rifle, i feel like i should shoot one just on principle at this point, but i'm still going to be picky. Snow would be helpful to get the big bulls moving.

No muzzleloader for me this year, my freezer is full. My goals for this offseason are to do more fishing and shooting, do some coyote and wolf hunting, and stay in shape so I don’t lay down and die bear hunting in the spring. I hit the range today for some pistol practice.
