I'm behind th AZ residents all the way. The prices are celings and they haven't even detailed what a "premium" elk tag is.

The price caps are there and will be used, mark my word on it. Az plans to put the nonres guys out of the draw by doing nothing more than raising the price to hunt the common man out. They are not looking at ways that will directly affect USO
