Yep and I'll be cow hunting.
And I don't play points. There are no sure things in life. Have not hunted AZ in years.

So I just received a call from AZ G and F that a tag was returned for the Dec 1-7 hunt. When I didn't draw early I quit paying attention down there. What's the moisture situation been down there this year. I have 14pts I'd lose so weighing my odds of taking it or accumuting points for another 5 - 6 yrs and look for some lower end early hunts. Thanks

I drew with 3 points last year. It was fun hunt. I'd rather hunt now than accumulate points. Life is short.

Ended up messing up my back on my NM hunt before the AZ one and had to turn the tag back in. Ate the tag fee

This is one of the better units in Arizona, I would take it in a heart beat. The only issue I would consider is that your hunt is in December, if for some dumb luck it snows a bunch, that unit gets a bit tough getting around, but that would not keep me from taking the tag.
