Anybody Else Hunt with the Same Rifle for Half a Century ?

I saved my paper route money and bought a win 30-30 for $35.
I was 12, I'm 70 now and yes I still have it. I don't use it much now.

Been shooting this A5 since the late 70s
Mostly used in a kayak where it gets abused.
Yes, I know it's not a rifle but shotguns typically see more use than rifles.

In my area of NY we were limited to shotgun only for big game. My gun of choice was an Ithica Deerslayer in 20 gauge. My small game go to was a Franchise Falconet also in 20 gauge. Both put a lot of meat in the freezer.

My Dad bought me this Belgium Browning SA-22 grade II brand new in 1967. Other than a few years overseas USMC-ing, I have used it for over 50 years.
