I am sure a lot of fans do. I believe it was just a meme has a jab at Canadians. Tim Hortons is a donut shop started by a ex nhl'er only found in Canada. (Gretzky when he was on the road used to go get a hot dog from the rink vendors and eat before warm ups). The donut thing was refered in Strange Brew by the Mckenzie brothers.
