Any hockey fans out there?

I was able to watch the blackhawks game where he tied live, along with the record breaking goal. Was worth sitting in front of the TV for both games. I have always thought Ovi was incredible since he entered the league with Crosby. The fact that Ovi was also one of the biggest physical forces in the game is something no other goal scorer holds up to. He is one of a kind. And Gretzky with pure class during the ceromony as expected. Made me look up at my wall with my signed Gretzky stick and photos and smile. Just watching the reaction of entire stadium of opposing fans in absolute cheer for him, continued to show why hockey trumps all other sports in class.

And the Thrill is back with a goal too. We ain't done, more scoring to come
Man do they inject hope in the rest of the season and playoffs!

We were looking pretty sad until the Dallas win the other day IMO.

Gonna catch the final home game next week, might be an important game depending on Calgary.

No doubt we aren't the same offensively without Kirill and Ek.
Very glad Kirill is back. Without him they're more often than not nothing more than a wet fart, offensively. I hope he can stay healthy.

Almost like Ek shouldn't have went and played already injured at that mid-season tourney a while back where he got hurt even more and had to miss most of the rest of the season for the team that pays his salary which hindered said team greatly. Never saw that coming. Faber looks tired every night. Guy never comes off the ice and then you tack on the mid-season tourney where his high usage continued in some high intensity games, his tank is probably about empty. Maybe he could have used those couple of weeks for much needed R&R. 😉

Sorry, had to take a little victory lap on it since I kinda predicted it.

In all seriousness it was nice to see some offense injected into the lineup. They looked awful defensively. I think they're very capable of winning a playoff series or two if they play like their supposed to. But they only do that about 50% of the time.

Last night the team was only missing Middleton. I think they said on the broadcast that the team has only played 9 games all year out of 79 with their desired lineup. Middleton will return in one of these next two games. The Wild were intentionally slow and patient with their hurt players over the last two months and could afford to do so given the cushion they had going into the home stretch (although they are sure making it scary close to making it in now). Hopefully this was the right call as we would be hitting the playoffs 100% healthy and if that means we get back to what this team was in the first 1/3rd of the season, look out. We could go far.

Ahh what the heck - who am I kidding. We are getting knocked out in the first round as per usual.

My biggest fear is getting smoked in the first round again like we did with Dallas two years back

Truth, but I'm an optimist and believe this is the year!

Jojo is on a heater, Boldy looks like a different player mentally, solid D core minus last night....😂

It's the year for a push, then next year we have deep pockets to pick up some more talent!

As an avs fan, I think it would be pretty cool if he could make it back and contribute.View attachment 367607
This is awesome. Besides being a Wild fan, there also is a little piece in my heart for this team due to my Junior team growing up being named the Avs. I honestly didn't think the day would come where Landeskog would lace the skates up again and this is exciting. I can't imagine the energy and excitement the moment he is introduced in a starting lineup at the start of a home game in the near future!

Should be an exciting rematch between the Caps and Canes tonight. Might be just a tad of carryover aggression from their WWE smackdown last week. Tom Wilson wouldn’t do that would he? Never. 😝

His first game with the Eagles is at home Friday night. We have tickets for Saturday's game. I'm sure the ovation will be long and loud both nights.
