Shot with a dual shelf grizzly static recurve, 1955 model. I’m lefty but learned to shoot both sides. My first right hand kill. Took 9 steps and expired. Shot from a blind on a water hole on our ranch, Sept. 2017.

Unfortunately he's not mine, but here is the Number 1 Pronghorn Antelope at the Boone & Crockett 30th Awards ceremony held at the Bass Pro Shop's Wonders of Wildlife Museum in Springfield, MO last August. Horns are 18 4/8" and 18" long with 7 3/8" and 6 4/8" prongs.

Drew an NM youth tag as a nonresident last year and got my first one.

This is one of many large bucks I spotted scouting, but never could get close opening day


Being it was going to be my first antelope I didn't hesitate when a group of young buck ran by me at 150 yds



It sure was fun trying to quarter an animal for the first time while racing the hot August heat!

Some amazing pics in here! Just finished scanning through them after @3855WIN pointed me here (Thank you!!). I have a much better appreciation for antelope now! I pray I get one on my first antelope hunt in October so I get to eat one/share it with family/friends and end up with it on my wall!!!
