Another bullet in the foot of ATV users

MATTy, I don't need proof, I have you admission. NEMONT stated
There is NO connection to ATV abuse of the land and hunters not wearing blaze orange or party hunting
Which would mean that in his eyes ATV riders are a legal problem, but party hunting (killing game for another to tag) isn't a problem, therefore not an illegal issue. I asked the simple question
Where are you at with all this MATTy\OAK?
Your response was very supportive of party hunting.
TB- Ummm... I think I stand on the same side as Nemont...
Therefore you take a stance in favor of poaching, but against even legal ATV riding. How upstanding of you.

Are you coming to breakfast on the 26th?

How in the hell did I get brought up on this thread? I haven't even posted. You, TB, made the connection with hunters and ATVer's by bringing up that 10% of all hunters do so illegally, without by the way any supporting data.

What I said was this A: ATVer's are destroying our resources and guys like me, who used to be passive regarding other people's recreation choices, are no longer going to sit idle by and watch our hunting areas destroyed by ATVer's, Period.

B: There is not connection between ATV destruction of habitat and illegal hunters, until the Illegal hunters climb aboard their ATV's. That is it. Both illegal riding and illegal hunting are just that "illegal", I do not nor have ever supported illegal hunting and since ATVer's cannot and will not police;themselves' I want to end riding on all public lands. You have never answered a question I asked a long time ago. Does anyone know of an area that is currently open to ATV travel that is not being systematically destroyed by illegal riders? I have yet to find ONE area.

The answer is YES. The terrain is rugged, and to leave the road system it is nearly impassable. We have many road systems that are that way. Rogue trails are easy to identify in these areas, and easy for legal riders to police. Our biggest problem is people that blaze rogue trails into closed road systems.
