Elkhunting tip. Elk don't like the smell of seafood. Never eat seafood on an elkhunt. You can never wash all the smell off your hands. You didn't have butter and garlic in that pan did you?

Yup, butter & garlic. Next night we had shrimp gumbo.

You need to learn to hunt hungry man!! If I ate like that I wouldn't bother getting away from the mess hall. Speaking of which, I just pounded some really fresh elk steaks!! HE HE.
