I haven't bothered yet, the chineese ammo is so cheap by the case, a lot of the brass is steel and /or berdan primed, Why bother? If I ever wanted to hunt with the darn thing (which I don't) the cor-bon ammo would be hard to beat
winchester sells regular brass for reloading.since my gun is a custom gun not a sks i thought i would work up a custom load.i wouldnt want to carry this rifle in the field all day but for a stand gun in the florida or south carolina swamps i think it will be a good caliber for our dink deer and even a pig.bullet choices seem to be limited but hornady interloks are readily available so i will start there i guess
